ph29 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement & Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph29 ("ph29," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph29 online gambling platform accessible at ph29.one and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ph29 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ph29 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. • Employees, directors, officers, agents, and close family members of ph29 and its affiliates are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph29 or whom ph29 has excluded may not register new accounts or attempt to circumvent exclusion measures.
• Individuals who have been banned or suspended from the Platform for violation of these Terms are ineligible to register new accounts.

To use the ph29 Platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may maintain only one active ph29 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. ph29 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and to forfeit balances and pending bonus credits held in accounts deemed to be duplicates of a primary account.

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws, ph29 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide upon request:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office)
• Proof of residential address (dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals
• A clear selfie photograph held next to your identification document

ph29 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

ph29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ph29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. ph29 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits in accordance with payment provider requirements and regulatory guidance.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. ph29 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, which may result in extended processing times pending review.

ph29 operates in full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and the PAGCOR AML Framework. ph29 will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

All bets placed on the ph29 Platform are subject to acceptance by ph29. A bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform system and a unique bet reference number has been assigned. ph29 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations involving suspected match-fixing, system errors, or irregular betting patterns.

In the event of a manifest error in any odds, line, or game outcome displayed on the Platform — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or data provider malfunction — ph29 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. ph29 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.

Game outcomes are not influenced by player history, account tier, or any other personal factors. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are independently audited.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity

• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of betting markets
• Chargebacks or payment reversals not authorised by ph29

All content available on the ph29 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the compilation of the Platform itself — is the property of ph29 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ph29 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph29.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph29 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ph29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ph29 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

ph29 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

ph29 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ph29.one/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of information with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities as required by law.

ph29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, or immediately where required by PAGCOR or applicable law. The current effective date of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph29, you are encouraged to first contact ph29 customer support to seek resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as ph29 is a PAGCOR-licensed operator and subject to its regulatory oversight. Unresolved disputes may ultimately be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
